This initiative reinforces Morocco’s growing focus on artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and technological innovation, while strengthening collaboration between academia and the private sector to prepare talent for the country’s rapidly evolving digital economy.

The Al Mada Foundation,  in collaboration with the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications (INPT),  has launched a new Master’s degree in Data and Artificial Intelligence, marking a major step toward advancing Morocco’s digital transformation agenda.

The two-year work-study program, which officially began on October 6, 2025, is designed in partnership with Attijariwafa Bank, inwi, Managem, and Marjane Group. It aims to equip a new generation of data scientists and data engineers with the technical and analytical expertise needed to drive innovation across Morocco’s key industries.

The program combines academic rigor, professional specialization, and corporate immersion, offering students both theoretical foundations and hands-on experience in real-world projects. The inaugural class of 30 students will split their time between classroom learning and practical training within partner companies, ensuring they graduate with skills directly aligned to market needs.

This initiative reinforces Morocco’s growing focus on artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and technological innovation, while strengthening collaboration between academia and the private sector to prepare talent for the country’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
