Bosta and e& Join Forces to Revolutionize Egypt’s Fintech-Logistics Ecosystem
According to Bosta, this strategic move is designed to empower merchants by providing faster cash cycles, enhanced customer experiences, and greater financial inclusion within a robust, tech-driven environment.
Egyptian logistics-tech company Bosta has announced a strategic partnership with global technology and investment group e& (formerly Etisalat Group) to enhance Egypt’s e-commerce and logistics ecosystem.
The collaboration, which was signed during GITEX Dubai 2025, aims to integrate financial and logistical services to create a seamless digital payment system for merchants. According to Bosta, this strategic move is designed to empower merchants by providing faster cash cycles, enhanced customer experiences, and greater financial inclusion within a robust, tech-driven environment.
The partnership leverages the strengths of both companies: Bosta’s expertise in last-mile delivery and e&’s robust technological capabilities in telecommunications and digital services. The shared goal is to create an integrated ecosystem that supports sustainable growth for Egypt’s e-commerce community.
Bosta highlighted the significance of announcing the agreement at a major international event like GITEX, stating that it “highlights Egypt’s growing influence in regional innovation” and reflects a shared vision with e& to position Egypt as a center for digital transformation across both fintech and logistics. This alignment supports Egypt’s wider digital goals, reinforcing the market trend towards merging financial innovation with delivery efficiency.
