Morocco’s ORA Technologies Expands E-Commerce Ecosystem with Cathedis Acquisition

Morocco’s ORA Technologies  has announced the successful acquisition of Cathedis,  a major player in last-mile logistics. The deal, completed in partnership with Azur Innovation Management, represents a significant milestone in ORA’s mission to build a “Morocco-first” digital ecosystem that integrates payments, delivery, and logistics under one unified platform.

The acquisition positions ORA as a key operator across the entire e-commerce value chain, combining its existing services—ORA Cash (digital payments), KooulMaroc (e-commerce delivery), and now Cathedis (last-mile logistics).
