Inmanta Targets Africa’s Growing Data Centre Market with Cloud Automation Solutions

November 4, 2025
2 min read

The company’s automation platform allows service providers to design, deploy, and manage cloud and data centre infrastructure dynamically, reducing provisioning times from several days to just minutes.

Automation and orchestration leader Inmanta  has announced the expansion of its sovereign cloud automation solutions into Africa, a move aimed at empowering telecom operators and data centre providers to enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding data sovereignty amid the continent’s rapid digital infrastructure growth.

The company’s automation platform allows service providers to design, deploy, and manage cloud and data centre infrastructure dynamically, reducing provisioning times from several days to just minutes. This ensures seamless alignment between business objectives and technical operations, supporting faster service delivery and improved resource utilisation.

As African governments and enterprises increasingly prioritise control over data and critical infrastructure, sovereign cloud solutions are becoming an essential component of digital transformation strategies. Inmanta’s entry into the region coincides with a surge in investment in subsea cables, national fibre networks, and AI-powered digital services, all of which are fueling the expansion of Africa’s data and connectivity ecosystem.

In addition to its cloud automation offering, Inmanta plans to introduce Inmanta Connect, its network and fixed-line service automation platform, to the African market—creating opportunities for operators to streamline service delivery and accelerate network innovation.

The company also confirmed its participation in AfricaCom 2025, to be held in Cape Town, where it will engage with telecom operators, technology partners, and regional stakeholders to explore collaborative initiatives supporting Africa’s digital transformation agenda.
