Speedtest Pulse offers two primary modes to simplify network diagnostics. Active Pulse allows technicians to instantly validate new installations or pinpoint network issues, whether stemming from the internet service, local Wi-Fi, or a specific device. It translates complex data into real-world visibility and recommendations, generating definitive network performance reports and providing a baseline for future troubleshooting.
Continuous Pulse, slated for release in 2026, will function as a “leave-behind” tool to collect performance data over time, identify intermittent issues, and detect performance degradation before customers notice problems.
