iOCO Appoints Lerato Pule to Board and Key Committees

Pule is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 20 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications, financial services, and energy sectors.

iOCO Limited  has announced changes to its board of directors and the composition of its board committees. Effective 4 December 2025, Lerato Dipuo Pheuginia Pule will join the board as an independent non-executive director. She will also serve as a member of the audit and risk committee and as chairperson of the social and ethics committee.

Pule is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 20 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications, financial services, and energy sectors. She currently serves on the board of Phuthuma Nathi Investments (RF) Ltd, a B-BBEE investor in Multichoice SA, where she chairs the audit committee. Her previous roles include chief financial officer at Liquid Telecommunications South Africa and Cell C, as well as serving on audit and risk committees for Liquid SA, Cell C, and Afrinet. Pule has also held trustee positions with the Sasol Batho Trust and the Telkom Foundation Trust.

The board has welcomed Pule’s appointment, noting her extensive experience and expected contributions to iOCO.

In addition, Nompumelelo Mokou, an existing independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration and nomination committee, also effective from 4 December 2025.
