The company’s efforts align closely with Vision 2030, aiming to empower Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects through cutting-edge Autodesk digital solutions, enhanced workforce capabilities, and fully connected BIM workflows.

Gulf Business Solution (GBS),  a leading technology solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, has reinforced its position in the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving construction technology sector following its high-impact participation at ConFex KSA 2025. The company’s efforts align closely with Vision 2030, aiming to empower Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects through cutting-edge Autodesk digital solutions, enhanced workforce capabilities, and fully connected BIM workflows.

As part of its long-term commitment to national capability-building, GBS has trained and certified over 60 Saudi engineering professionals in advanced digital project delivery workflows. These programs cover hands-on expertise in the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other integrated IT solutions essential for modern construction. The initiative supports the Kingdom’s goal of establishing a digitally skilled talent pool capable of delivering megaprojects efficiently and accurately.

GBS’s presence at ConFex KSA 2025 generated nearly 50 high-quality leads from key asset owners, consultants, and contractors, including Red Sea Global, Diriyah, Parsons, Rua Al Madinah Holding, and the Saudi Contractors Authority. The company was also invited to present the “ConTech Leader of the Year” award, highlighting its role as a trusted technology partner and leader in the construction tech community.

“The energy at ConFex KSA 2025 was truly inspiring and reflects the extraordinary pace of transformation underway in the Kingdom. At GBS, we are proud to serve as a core enabler of this progress. Our teams are deeply committed to equipping Saudi Arabia’s most iconic giga-projects with world-class Autodesk digital twin and BIM technologies. Beyond technology, we are empowering the next generation of Saudi engineers by training and certifying hundreds of professionals in advanced digital workflows.”

Binil Kumar, Practice Head, GBS

GBS’s implementation of Digital Twin technologies and connected BIM workflows is providing essential digital infrastructure for the Kingdom’s most ambitious developments, including NEOM, Diriyah, and Red Sea Global. By leveraging Autodesk Construction Cloud across Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, the company has enabled project teams to achieve:

  • Up to 30% reduction in design rework through integrated model coordination and clash detection.
  • 20% faster project delivery via real-time collaboration and digital review workflows.
  • Enhanced cost control through cloud-based document management, version tracking, and connected issue resolution.

These outcomes demonstrate how unified data environments can accelerate decision-making, improve predictability, and ensure seamless coordination across design and construction teams.

Through its leadership in digital construction, GBS continues to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by fostering sustainable, efficient, and technologically advanced project delivery across the Kingdom’s giga-projects.
