The hub features motion-capture and facial-capture studios, photogrammetry facilities for 3D asset creation, professional sound recording studios, screening rooms for quality control, and a dedicated esports arena for competitive testing and tournaments.

Moscow has unveiled the Moscow Game Hub, the world’s only full-cycle gaming and animation development facility providing end-to-end support from creative concept to international market launch. The announcement was made during Moscow International Game Week, held from November 27–30, which brought together industry experts, game studios, and stakeholders from over 20 countries.

The hub features motion-capture and facial-capture studios, photogrammetry facilities for 3D asset creation, professional sound recording studios, screening rooms for quality control, and a dedicated esports arena for competitive testing and tournaments. Additional infrastructure includes coworking spaces, conference halls, and a high-performance data processing center, enabling seamless technical support throughout the development pipeline.

Moscow Game Hub offers an integrated support ecosystem for resident studios, including development mentorship, publishing partnerships with global platforms, market access consulting, investor introductions, marketing support, and assistance with monetization and strategic expansion. More than 40 companies, ranging from independent studios to major industry players, have already joined the hub.

Middle East companies are eligible for residency, benefitting from preferential rent and direct access to Russia’s gaming market. With approximately 88 million active gamers and $4.5 billion spent annually, Russia’s gaming engagement rate ranks among the highest globally. Industry estimates highlight that game development costs in Russia are approximately three times lower than in the U.S., twice lower than Europe, and 1.5 times lower than Cyprus, offering both economic and strategic advantages.

Representatives from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Argentina, and Chile attended the opening. Senior MENA industry figures included Mustafa Yaya, CTO of Blackburne Games; MJ Fahmi, CEO of Qatar’s Digital Dunes; and Egypt’s Wael Elemam of Saudisoft.Co and Ziad Toukhy, Art Director at Rawa Games.

The Moscow Game Hub supports every stage of development, from early-stage concept review and prototyping to advanced technical infrastructure, marketing, international exhibitions, and market expansion services. Its facilities allow production of video games and 3D animation of any complexity, while its networking ecosystem fosters collaboration and global partnerships.

The hub’s launch coincides with Moscow’s push to position the city as a leading international gaming and creative hub, offering world-class infrastructure, technical expertise, and cultural advantages, including a modern metro system, healthcare, high security, and vibrant urban amenities.
