The initiative’s first vehicle, a ₦20 billion Infrastructure Debt Fund, will channel capital into key sectors including power and renewable energy, gas infrastructure, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, transport and logistics, utilities, and social infrastructure.

CardinalStone  Asset Management has announced the mobilization of long-term capital through Nigeria’s largest Umbrella Infrastructure Fund, a ₦500 billion investment platform aimed at supporting national development and critical infrastructure projects across the country.

The initiative’s first vehicle, a ₦20 billion Infrastructure Debt Fund, will channel capital into key sectors including power and renewable energy, gas infrastructure, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, transport and logistics, utilities, and social infrastructure. The fund is designed to provide patient capital that supports sustainable growth and long-term economic impact.

CardinalStone said the platform is structured to attract institutional and high-net-worth investors seeking stable, long-term returns while contributing to Nigeria’s infrastructure development. The minimum investment threshold is set at ₦10 million, making the fund accessible to a broad range of qualified investors.

Through the Umbrella Infrastructure Fund, CardinalStone aims to play a strategic role in financing projects that strengthen Nigeria’s economic foundations, enhance service delivery, and drive inclusive growth across multiple sectors.
