Fringe Infrastructure Limited  has announced the upcoming launch of its Ikoyi Metro EDGE Data Center, set to go live on January 6, 2026. The data center represents a strategic investment in Nigeria’s digital infrastructure, marking the first node on the company’s regional EDGE platform and extending beyond traditional colocation services.

The Ikoyi Metro EDGE Data Center is designed to accelerate digital transformation in the region by addressing critical challenges such as reliability, latency, and power stability. Fringe Infrastructure emphasized that the facility will provide a resilient foundation for businesses and organizations driving innovation across Africa.

With this launch, Fringe aims to position Nigeria at the forefront of the continent’s digital evolution. The company invited stakeholders to follow its updates on LinkedIn to track the rollout and see how it plans to lead the charge in advancing Africa’s digital edge.
