Heirs Technologies said the certification underscores its commitment to supporting digital transformation and regulatory compliance across Nigeria’s business ecosystem.

Heirs Technologies  has been certified by the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) as a Service Provider for the Merchant Buyer Solution (MBS) platform, positioning the company to support organisations in complying with Nigeria’s e-Invoicing framework.

The certification enables Heirs Technologies to assist businesses in meeting mandatory e-Invoicing requirements efficiently, with a focus on speed, operational clarity, and minimal disruption to existing processes. Through the MBS platform, organisations can align their invoicing systems with regulatory standards set by the NRS.

Heirs Technologies said the certification underscores its commitment to supporting digital transformation and regulatory compliance across Nigeria’s business ecosystem. The company is encouraging businesses preparing for e-Invoicing compliance to begin the process early to ensure a smooth transition.

Nigeria’s e-Invoicing initiative forms part of broader efforts by tax authorities to enhance transparency, improve tax administration, and modernise commercial transactions nationwide.
