KnowBe4 Strengthens Executive Team with Appointment of Yuneeb Khan as CFO

KnowBe4,  the platform focused on human and agentic AI risk management, has announced the appointment of Yuneeb Khan as its new Chief Financial Officer. Khan succeeds Bob Reich, who previously announced his retirement. Khan will report directly to CEO Bryan Palma, while Reich will remain with the company as an advisor through the first quarter of 2026 to support a smooth leadership transition.

In his new role, Khan will oversee KnowBe4’s global finance organization, working closely with the executive leadership team and board of directors to drive customer value, market innovation, and sustainable growth.

Khan brings more than three decades of global experience spanning multiple industries and continents. Throughout his career, he has served as CFO for both public and private companies and has held operational leadership roles guiding organizations through rapid expansion, complex transformations, and long-term growth initiatives. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, reinforcing financial discipline, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance execution and value creation.

Most recently, Khan served as CFO of Trellix, where he led the finance organization during a period of significant integration and expansion. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Financial and Operational Officer at Quotient Technologies, playing a key role in the company’s financial turnaround and subsequent merger. Earlier in his career, Khan spent two decades at Nielsen and General Electric, holding senior financial and operational leadership positions across the United States and internationally, following an early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
