As part of its ongoing collaboration with GSMA, Smart Africa conducted a high-level training on Spectrum Management for Mobile Telecommunications through the World Bank-funded Smart Africa Digital Academy (SADA) DTfA/WARDIP program, held on the sidelines of MWC Barcelona 2026.

As African countries accelerate broadband deployment and prepare for next-generation technologies, strengthening regulatory capacity is recognized as a key factor in unlocking sustainable digital growth and advancing the continent’s Single Digital Market.
Through the SADA WARDIP program, Smart Africa continues its commitment to developing a critical mass of telecom policymakers and regulators.
