MTN Nigeria Communications PLC has announced the departure of Mr. Mazen Mroue, a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective 27 February 2026. The notice was submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and shared with the investing public.
According to the company, Mr. Mroue’s exit is to allow him to focus on other priorities within the MTN Group Limited . The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions, acknowledging his immense service to MTN Nigeria and wishing him success in his future endeavors.
