MTN South Africa Launches RLabs Expo to Empower Youth in Western Cape

Through the programme, participants are expected to gain the tools and support needed to unlock their potential, pursue entrepreneurial ventures, and shape brighter futures within their communities.

MTN South Africa  has officially launched the RLabs Expo in the Western Cape, marking the beginning of a 12-month partnership aimed at empowering young people and expanding access to opportunities.

Leaders from MTN, including Deputy CEO Yolanda Cuba and Western Cape Regional General Manager Noluthando Pama, joined representatives from RLabs South Africa and the provincial government at the launch event. The gathering highlighted the importance of collaboration in creating pathways for youth that are grounded in hope, dignity, and opportunity.

The initiative will provide participants with scholarships, entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and partner-led programmes designed to equip young people with practical skills and professional networks.

Through the programme, participants are expected to gain the tools and support needed to unlock their potential, pursue entrepreneurial ventures, and shape brighter futures within their communities.
