This initiative ensures reliable connectivity for residents and businesses in isolated regions, addressing a key barrier to digital inclusion.

Orange Tunisia  has launched the country’s first satellite Internet service, offering speeds of up to 100 Mbps, aimed primarily at remote areas where terrestrial telecommunications infrastructure is limited or unavailable. This initiative ensures reliable connectivity for residents and businesses in isolated regions, addressing a key barrier to digital inclusion.

The service leverages Eutelsat ’s latest-generation satellite technology, which provides enhanced bandwidth, improved signal stability, and significantly higher performance compared to previous satellite solutions. Orange Satellite covers the entire Tunisian territory, ensuring consistent high-speed connectivity even in the most remote locations.

Two service plans are available, both delivering speeds of up to 100 Mbps, designed to meet the needs of customers, particularly professionals in isolated areas who rely on dependable Internet access for work and development.

Through this launch, Orange Tunisia reinforces its position as an innovator in the telecommunications sector, highlights its commitment to bridging the digital divide, and continues efforts to make high-speed Internet widely accessible across the country.
