Orange Côte d’Ivoire Unveils New Self-Service App “Ma Box” to Improve Home Connectivity

By introducing Ma Box, Orange Côte d’Ivoire aims to strengthen user control over connectivity services while enhancing the reliability and quality of its Fibre and 4G Home offerings.

Orange Côte d’Ivoire  has officially launched its new application, Ma Box, dedicated to Fibre and 4G Home users, during an event held at Orange Village on 25 March.

The new app is designed to simplify and improve the management of home internet services by offering users a more intuitive and self-service digital experience. With Ma Box, customers can monitor their data consumption in real time, diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, manage service options independently, and optimize their overall internet performance.

According to the company, the application goes beyond being a digital tool, representing a broader vision to make connectivity more accessible, practical, and user-friendly for all customers. It reflects Orange Côte d’Ivoire’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation and continuous improvement of customer experience across its services.
