Djezzy (Jazi)  has announced a new strategic partnership with the Algerian Telephone Industry Company, INATEL  EPE/SPA, in a move aimed at accelerating Algeria’s digital transformation and strengthening local technological capacity.

The agreement is structured around three main priorities: driving technological innovation through the development of smart, market-specific digital solutions; reinforcing economic sovereignty by prioritizing national expertise and reducing dependence on foreign providers; and improving user experience through more integrated and efficient digital services. Djezzy and INATEL plan to combine their resources to build a more unified and responsive digital ecosystem tailored to the Algerian market.

The partnership is positioned as a broader strategic alignment between a leading telecom operator and a key national industrial player, with both sides aiming to support long-term innovation and strengthen Algeria’s digital infrastructure while boosting local economic value creation.
