Remat Holdings  has announced the launch of Remat Technologies, a new initiative aimed at accelerating digital inclusion and advancing technological development across Ghana.

The initiative is being launched in partnership with EPF Tech Fund  and Empire Partner Foundation,  reflecting a shared commitment to leveraging innovation to drive sustainable economic growth and empower communities.

Remat Technologies will focus on building digital infrastructure for both businesses and public institutions, fostering innovation across key sectors, and promoting transparent, data-driven impact measurement. It also aims to deploy scalable, technology-enabled solutions tailored to evolving community needs.

The company emphasized that collaboration will be central to the initiative’s success, with plans to work closely with key national institutions, including the Ghana National Research Fund and several government ministries such as Finance, Trade and Industry, Environment, Science and Technology, and Education.

Through these partnerships, the initiative seeks to support Ghana’s ambition to build a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready digital economy.

Remat Holdings said the launch underscores its broader mission to expand access to opportunity, develop functional systems, and play a leading role in shaping the country’s digital future.
