The initiative forms a key part of AXIAN Telecom’s NEXT 2030 strategy, aimed at creating a unified digital and operational foundation to support the group’s continued expansion across Africa.

AXIAN Telecom  has announced a strategic partnership with Oracle  to deliver a group-wide enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation across its portfolio of businesses, including Yas, TowerCo of Africa, STELLARIX, Zuku, MVola, and other operations.

The initiative forms a key part of AXIAN Telecom’s NEXT 2030 strategy, aimed at creating a unified digital and operational foundation to support the group’s continued expansion across Africa. Through the deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, AXIAN Telecom plans to standardize its processes, data systems, and operating models across its businesses.

According to the company, the transformation will enable a stronger digital core capable of supporting AI-driven capabilities across its operations. It is expected to enhance governance, improve real-time visibility across the enterprise, and enable faster, insight-led decision-making, particularly in finance and supply chain functions. The group said this will ultimately allow teams to operate with greater speed, precision, and coordination.

AXIAN Telecom noted that Oracle was selected for its leadership in AI innovation, its cloud platform capabilities, and its track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, particularly within the telecommunications sector.

The partnership will roll out in phases, with the first major milestone expected to be the go-live in Tanzania later this year. The company described the program as a long-term strategic investment designed to support scalability, diversification, and sustained growth across its portfolio.

AXIAN Telecom also expressed confidence that the collaboration with Oracle will strengthen its digital backbone and deliver lasting operational value as it advances toward its NEXT 2030 vision.
