Safaricom Ethiopia Telecommunications PLC  has announced the relaunch of its FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) service, branded as Bet-WiFi, featuring enhanced system capabilities and improved affordability.

The updated service was officially relaunched at Summit Condominiums in Addis Ababa, where the company has already begun market activation activities, including door-to-door sales. Safaricom Ethiopia said the rollout will continue across multiple condominium developments in the capital over the coming weeks as part of a broader expansion strategy.

As part of the relaunch, customers subscribing to Bet-WiFi will also gain access to a newly designed “Wullo Package,” which offers affordable and reliable internet connectivity tailored for residential users. The company said the offering is intended to improve access to high-quality broadband services while addressing affordability concerns in urban areas.

Safaricom Ethiopia added that the enhanced FTTH product reflects its ongoing commitment to expanding digital infrastructure and improving customer experience through more accessible and flexible connectivity solutions.
