Digify Africa,  through its Digify PRO initiative, has announced an upcoming online open day aimed at introducing young people to digital skills training opportunities designed for the evolving digital economy.

The session is targeted at unemployed South African youth and will provide an overview of how the Digify PRO programme is structured to deliver AI-native digital skills and practical online learning pathways. The initiative focuses on preparing participants for the modern workforce by equipping them with in-demand technical and digital competencies.

According to the announcement, the programme covers key learning areas including digital foundations, artificial intelligence literacy, and cybersecurity. These focus areas are intended to help learners build both foundational knowledge and specialized skills relevant to today’s technology-driven job market.

Participants attending the open day will gain insights into the programme structure, expectations for learners, and the application process. The session will also outline how the programme is designed to support participants in transitioning from learning to earning, with an emphasis on employability outcomes.

The Digify PRO Online Open Day is scheduled to take place on 13 May 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be conducted virtually, allowing prospective learners to engage with the programme remotely.
