Orange Foundation,  in partnership with Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation,  has officially launched the Orange Village project at Felei-Tech City in Tikonko Village, Bo, marking a major step toward expanding community access to education, healthcare, and technology.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the Minister of Communication, Technology and Innovation, Salima Bah; Orange Sierra Leone CEO, Aicha Touré; Felei-Tech City CEO, David Manley; and Orange Foundation Director, Annie Wonnie-Katta, alongside government officials and traditional leaders.

As part of the launch activities, Orange Foundation also donated educational materials to pupils in nearby schools, reinforcing its commitment to youth empowerment and community development.

The project forms part of broader efforts to promote inclusive growth, innovation, and improved living standards through infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives in Sierra Leone.
