The expansion is aimed at improving convenience for customers seeking SIM replacement, service support, general enquiries, and access to Airtel products and services.

Airtel Kenya  has announced the opening of four new Airtel Shops as part of its ongoing effort to expand customer service access and bring support closer to users across the country.

The new outlets are located at Development House on Moi Avenue, Freedom Heights in Lang’ata, Magunas Superstore in Utawala, and Garden City Mall. The expansion is aimed at improving convenience for customers seeking SIM replacement, service support, general enquiries, and access to Airtel products and services.

Speaking during the launch of the new shops, Airtel Kenya Managing Director Ashish Malhotra, alongside Customer Experience Director Goldermeir Opiyo, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience by making services more accessible, responsive, and closer to where customers live and work.

The company noted that as more Kenyans continue to adopt digital services, it is investing in additional service touchpoints to ensure seamless connectivity and improved customer support. Airtel Kenya also indicated that more shop locations will be rolled out in the future as part of its continued expansion strategy.
