Looking ahead, the two firms plan to deepen their collaboration through greater technology adoption, including artificial intelligence solutions, secure digital platforms, enhanced connectivity, and seamless payment systems aimed at supporting the future of logistics and trade across the region.

Safaricom Business  has reaffirmed its partnership with logistics firm Intraspeed ARCPro (Kenya) Limited , highlighting the role of digital technologies in enhancing logistics operations and cross-border trade across the region.

In a statement, Safaricom Business said it continues to support Intraspeed’s operations through reliable connectivity solutions, seamless digital payment platforms, and technology enablement services designed to improve efficiency, security, and operational performance across the company’s branch network.

With more than 23 years of experience in the logistics industry and operations spanning 29 countries, Intraspeed has established itself as a key player in facilitating international trade and supply chain services. Safaricom noted that the partnership is helping the company leverage digital tools to strengthen service delivery and support its growing regional footprint.

Beyond commercial collaboration, the two organizations are also working together to create social impact within local communities. As part of the recently concluded Shangwe@25 business promotion campaign, Safaricom Business presented a KSh500,000 cheque to a children’s home nominated by Intraspeed. The initiative reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to community development and social responsibility.

Safaricom Business said the partnership demonstrates how technology can be used to unlock growth opportunities for businesses while delivering positive outcomes for society. The company emphasized that digital transformation remains a critical enabler for the logistics sector, particularly as organizations seek to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

Looking ahead, the two firms plan to deepen their collaboration through greater technology adoption, including artificial intelligence solutions, secure digital platforms, enhanced connectivity, and seamless payment systems aimed at supporting the future of logistics and trade across the region.

The partnership underscores the growing importance of digital infrastructure in enabling efficient logistics operations and strengthening the competitiveness of businesses operating in increasingly connected global markets.
