Telecel Ghana Renews ICT Lab at Akim Achiase Islamic Basic School to Boost Digital Learning

Telecel Ghana employees, supported by the Telecel Ghana Foundation, have handed over a renovated and fully equipped 30-seater ICT Lab with one year of free internet connectivity to Akim Achiase Islamic Basic School.
The initiative is designed to help bridge the digital divide between students in urban centres and those in underserved communities, while promoting equal access to learning opportunities, digital skills development, and broader digital inclusion.
The newly renovated ICT laboratory provides students with access to modern computing facilities and reliable internet connectivity, enabling them to develop essential digital literacy skills in an increasingly technology-driven world.
By investing in educational infrastructure and connectivity, Telecel Ghana is reinforcing its commitment to supporting education and empowering young people with the tools needed to participate in the digital economy.
