ANINF and World Bank Review Progress on e-Gabon and Gabon Digital Projects

Agence Nationale des Infrastructures Numériques et des Fréquences (ANINF) has held a high-level working session with a delegation from the World Bank to review the closure of the e-Gabon project and assess progress on the ongoing Gabon Digital initiative.
The meeting took place on June 17, 2026 at the ANINF Tower and was hosted by the Director General of ANINF, Mr. Alberto Mounguengui Moudoki. Discussions focused on taking stock of key milestones achieved under the e-Gabon project, as well as evaluating the implementation status of action plans under the Gabon Digital program.
Both institutions highlighted the strength of their collaboration, expressing mutual appreciation for the coordination, stakeholder commitment, and results delivered throughout the partnership.
The engagement aligns with Gabon’s broader national strategy for digital transformation and modernization of public administration, led by the country’s leadership under Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, President of the Republic of Gabon. The government continues to position digital infrastructure and services as strategic drivers of national development, administrative efficiency, and digital sovereignty.
