Panelists emphasized Senegal’s strong digital foundations, including approximately 97% 4G coverage and high mobile money adoption rates—key indicators supporting the country’s ambitions to accelerate digital inclusion and economic growth through technology.

Cybastion  has participated as a sponsor and speaker at the SENEGAL REK business and investment forum, held June 14–15 at Rutgers University, as part of broader discussions on digital transformation, fintech, and innovation in Africa.

The event, hosted on the sidelines of World Cup-related business engagements in the New York City area, brought together business leaders, investors, and policymakers to strengthen economic and cultural ties between Senegal, the United States, the diaspora, and international partners.

During the forum, Cybastion’s Chief Operating Officer, Antoine Puget, moderated a panel focused on “AI, Fintech, Innovation & Digital Transformation.” The discussion highlighted Senegal’s progress in building a modern digital economy and explored opportunities to scale innovation across fintech and artificial intelligence sectors.

Panelists emphasized Senegal’s strong digital foundations, including approximately 97% 4G coverage and high mobile money adoption rates—key indicators supporting the country’s ambitions to accelerate digital inclusion and economic growth through technology.

Cybastion also reinforced its commitment to supporting African digital ecosystems through partnerships that advance cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and workforce development via its Digital Fast Track program.

The company noted that events like SENEGAL REK provide a platform to deepen international collaboration and attract investment into emerging digital markets across Africa.
