The initiative is designed to empower young Egyptians through career guidance, digital training, mentorship, and employment opportunities, supporting the country's broader digital transformation agenda and workforce development goals.
Orange Egypt has announced a strategic partnership with Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity to launch Start Hub EG and support Start 2026, a national initiative aimed at equipping university students and recent graduates with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in an evolving job market.
The initiative is designed to empower young Egyptians through career guidance, digital training, mentorship, and employment opportunities, supporting the country’s broader digital transformation agenda and workforce development goals.
As part of the partnership, Orange Egypt will provide an integrated digital platform that connects young talent with career resources, professional mentoring, and job opportunities. The company will also deliver specialized training programs through Orange Digital Center, focusing on high-demand fields including artificial intelligence, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing.
The collaboration seeks to prepare a new generation of digitally skilled professionals capable of contributing to Egypt’s economic growth and technological development.
Start 2026 is described as Egypt’s largest national platform dedicated to supporting university students and fresh graduates, helping bridge the gap between education and employment while enhancing youth readiness for the modern labor market.
Orange Egypt said the initiative reflects its commitment to investing in youth development and supporting digital inclusion through education and skills training programs.
The partnership also aligns with the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030, which aims to promote innovation, human capital development, and digital transformation across the country.
Through Start Hub EG and the educational programs offered by Orange Digital Center, the initiative is expected to provide students and graduates with practical skills and career opportunities in some of the fastest-growing sectors of the digital economy.
