Airtel Nigeria  has announced the onboarding of 200 young women into its DigiLeap Women in Tech Inclusion Programme, an initiative designed to equip participants with digital and technology skills for careers in the tech industry.

The DigiLeap Women in Tech Inclusion Programme is part of Airtel Nigeria’s broader commitment to advancing digital inclusion and increasing female participation in the technology sector through skills development and capacity building.

By supporting more women to pursue careers in technology, the initiative aims to help bridge the gender gap in the industry while contributing to the development of a more diverse and inclusive digital workforce in Nigeria.

The latest intake underscores Airtel Nigeria’s continued investment in developing digital talent and empowering young women with the skills needed to participate in the country’s growing technology ecosystem.
