The partnership aims to deliver a fully integrated technology solution that directly connects Fawry's payment acceptance point-of-sale (POS) system with Crystal Mind's POS system, enabling businesses and merchants to manage sales transactions and accept digital payments through a unified and more efficient operating platform.

Fawry,  Egypt’s leading fintech company, and Crystal Mind , a specialist in enterprise software development and business management solutions, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership through Crystal Pay, the specialized digital payments arm of Crystal Mind. The partnership aims to deliver a fully integrated technology solution that directly connects Fawry’s payment acceptance point-of-sale (POS) system with Crystal Mind’s POS system, enabling businesses and merchants to manage sales transactions and accept digital payments through a unified and more efficient operating platform.

The new solution leverages the integration of Fawry’s POS system with Crystal Mind’s POS system to enable the automatic and secure transfer of transaction data between the POS system and Fawry’s payment terminals. This solution eliminates human errors associated with manual data entry, simplifies daily financial auditing and reconciliation, and significantly enhances overall operational efficiency by updating transaction statuses in real-time within the system and generating a synchronized financial record.

This integrated solution targets a wide range of business sectors, including hospitality, retail chains, and hypermarkets. It accelerates sales and checkout processes, improves operational efficiency, and simplifies collection and reconciliation procedures, ultimately delivering a superior customer experience. Furthermore, it provides businesses with a reliable, flexible, and scalable solution that caters to various business sizes and supports organizations in their transition toward adopting more integrated and efficient digital solutions.

“At Fawry, we continue to expand our ecosystem of digital solutions by forging strategic partnerships with leading technology firms, enabling us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business sector. This partnership represents a new milestone toward integrating e-payment solutions into the daily operating environments of businesses. This contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining payment procedures, supporting digital transformation efforts, and driving the state’s vision toward building a cashless economy.”

Bassem Lotfy, Head of Business Development, Fawry

” This partnership reflects Crystal Mind’s strong vision of delivering fully integrated business solutions that seamlessly combine robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with the most widely adopted digital payment technologies in the market. By linking our point-of-sale system with Fawry’s POS system through the Crystal Pay platform, we provide our clients with a distinctive competitive advantage that enhances operational accuracy, reduces manual human intervention, and simplifies daily processes, enabling businesses to improve their financial performance and drive commercial growth more efficiently.”

Tamer Mohamed, CEO, Crystal Pay

The partnership aims to expand the rollout of this integrated solution across a broader merchant base in various sectors, while continuing to develop new features and services that meet growing market demands. This collaboration comes as part of Fawry’s ongoing commitment to empowering businesses to adopt digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver an advanced payment experience, strongly supporting Egypt’s digital transformation efforts.
