The ZainTECH–Nile Secure NaaS offering is purpose-built to meet this moment: an autonomous, AI-driven, cloud-delivered network solution that gives enterprises the agility, resilience, and simplicity their digital ambitions require.

ZainTECH,  the digital solutions arm of Zain Group, has entered into a ground-breaking partnership with Nile –  to bring its secure Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) offering to AI-led transformation initiatives held back by legacy network architecture.

Founded by former Cisco leaders, John Chambers and Pankaj Patel, Nile delivers a radically simplified architecture for campus networking purpose built for the AI-era. Its Secure NaaS offering converges zero-trust security, cloud services and autonomous operations, eliminating 99% of tickets, lowering costs by 60% and reducing breaches by 60-100% versus traditional architectures.

Furthermore, the Nile NaaS offering shifts infrastructure from a capital burden to a strategic enabler, combining autonomous operations, Zero Trust architecture, and AI-powered cloud services under a unified, managed model. The solution redefines how enterprises approach networking, eliminating complexity, and hardening security.

As cloud adoption accelerates, AI initiatives scale, and workforces grow increasingly distributed, the demands placed on enterprise networking have fundamentally evolved. Conventional branch and campus infrastructure was not designed for this reality, constrained by operational rigidity, security gaps, and the overhead of legacy CapEx models. The ZainTECH–Nile Secure NaaS offering is purpose-built to meet this moment: an autonomous, AI-driven, cloud-delivered network solution that gives enterprises the agility, resilience, and simplicity their digital ambitions require.

The offering is targeted at multi-site organizations across healthcare, hospitality, education, banking, manufacturing, and the mid-market sectors where operational continuity, compliance, and distributed connectivity are critical, but IT resources are often constrained.

“Enterprise networking has not kept pace with the rapid evolution of cloud, AI, automation, and increasingly distributed business environments. Many organizations are still relying on infrastructure models that are costly to operate, difficult to scale, and challenging to secure. As businesses accelerate their digital transformation, they need a fundamentally different approach to networking, one that is intelligent, secure by design, and delivered as a service. Through our partnership with Nile, we’re enabling organizations across to simplify operations, strengthen resilience, and adopt a modern networking model that supports long-term business growth.”

Andrew Hanna, CEO, ZainTECH

“Organizations that are distracted daily by the challenges of their legacy networks need an environment that is simpler, more secure, and more adaptive to change. Together with ZainTECH, Nile is excited to deliver a solution that can be a force multiplier for IT, allowing the network to be a strategic business enabler with a highly affordable cost structure.”

Mike Weston, President of International Sales, Nile

The launch strengthens ZainTECH’s position as a regional leader in AI-powered networking and managed infrastructure services, reinforcing its capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and AI-driven digital infrastructure. It also supports the company’s broader strategy to expand managed services offerings and recurring revenue streams.
