Piggyvest Named Among CNBC’s Top Fintech Companies for Third Straight Year

Piggyvest has been named among CNBC ‘s World’s Top Fintech Companies for the third consecutive year, reinforcing its position as one of Africa’s leading digital savings and investment platforms. The recognition comes as CNBC and global market research firm Statista expanded the annual ranking to 500 companies selected from more than 3,500 fintech firms worldwide.
Piggyvest was once again recognised in the Wealth Technology category, which highlights companies providing digital investment, trading, portfolio management, and wealth management solutions. The company is the only Nigerian fintech featured in this category, with just seven Nigerian firms making the global list overall.

Since its launch in 2016, the fintech has grown to serve more than six million users and has paid out over ₦3 trillion to customers. The platform also revealed that it now processes more than ₦61,000 in savings every second, reflecting the growing adoption of digital savings and investment services in Nigeria.
