The donation, made under the Authority's Corporate Social Responsibility and Investment (CSRI) programme, is expected to expand the school's capacity to deliver practical computer-based instruction while equipping learners with essential digital skills.

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA)  has donated computers to Mititi Mixed Secondary School in Homa Bay County to enhance access to digital learning and strengthen ICT education among students.

The donation, made under the Authority’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Investment (CSRI) programme, is expected to expand the school’s capacity to deliver practical computer-based instruction while equipping learners with essential digital skills.

According to the Authority, the initiative is aimed at improving digital literacy and preparing students for participation in the country’s growing digital economy through increased access to technology at an early stage of learning.

The Communications Authority said the programme aligns with its broader objective of promoting meaningful participation in the digital economy by ensuring learners are exposed to digital tools consistently throughout their education.

Through similar initiatives, the Authority continues to support efforts to bridge the digital divide and strengthen ICT education across Kenya’s learning institutions.
