Zedcrest Acquires Leatherback to Strengthen Cross-Border Financial Services

The acquisition expands Zedcrest's capabilities while advancing its vision of building a globally connected financial services ecosystem that delivers integrated solutions across multiple business segments.

Zedcrest Group  has completed the acquisition of Leatherback , marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and strengthening a long-standing strategic relationship between the two organizations.

The acquisition expands Zedcrest’s capabilities while advancing its vision of building a globally connected financial services ecosystem that delivers integrated solutions across multiple business segments. These include investment banking, asset management, securities, financing, financial technology, and cross-border payments.

According to the company, the transaction represents more than a business expansion, positioning Zedcrest to offer a broader suite of financial services and strengthen connectivity between people, businesses, and markets through innovative financial solutions.

The acquisition also reinforces the group’s commitment to creating long-term value by integrating complementary capabilities and enhancing its ability to serve clients across domestic and international markets.

With the completion of the deal, Zedcrest Group said it is entering a new phase of growth as it continues to expand its footprint and build a more comprehensive financial services platform focused on innovation, connectivity, and cross-border financial inclusion.
