MTN South Africa Hosts MTN Ghana CEO for Cross-Market Innovation and Collaboration

MTN South Africa recently hosted Yolanda Cuba, Deputy CEO of MTN Group , alongside Stephen Blewett, CEO of MTN Ghana, and members of his executive team at the company’s Cape Town office.
The visit provided an opportunity for MTN South Africa to showcase initiatives and innovations across key areas including home connectivity, digital platforms and customer experience, gaming, and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development.
The engagements focused on strengthening knowledge sharing and collaboration across MTN’s different markets, while highlighting opportunities to use connectivity and technology to drive greater social and economic impact.
Discussions also explored how digital connectivity can expand access to services and opportunities, support entrepreneurs and SMEs, and create new possibilities through gaming.
MTN South Africa said the engagements demonstrated the broader role that connectivity and digital technology can play in creating opportunities for communities and businesses across the markets in which the group operates.
The visit forms part of MTN’s continued efforts to encourage cross-market collaboration, innovation and the exchange of best practices across its African operations.
