The MoU builds on Zain KSA and Nokia’s longstanding collaboration, this time expanding its scope to include fostering a future-ready workforce. The collaboration will focus on strengthening technical, managerial, and leadership skills across different talent segments. It will introduce a strong pipeline of professionals to keep pace with evolving technologies and business models across the digital sector.
The two companies will design a comprehensive talent development program that aligns with long-term capability-building goals and ensures that people’s skills and expertise evolve alongside advances in business and technology.
