Airtel SmartWasomi Expands Digital Learning at Tanzania School
The initiative is being implemented in partnership with UNICEF and the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) to connect schools with digital learning resources and create more engaging learning experiences for students and teachers.
Airtel Africa Foundation , through Airtel Tanzania, is supporting digital learning at Temeke Secondary School in Tanzania through the Airtel SmartWasomi programme.
The initiative is being implemented in partnership with UNICEF and the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) to connect schools with digital learning resources and create more engaging learning experiences for students and teachers.
At Temeke Secondary School, the programme is providing students and teachers with greater access to digital learning materials while introducing new approaches to classroom learning, creativity and collaboration.
Airtel Africa Foundation said the initiative is designed to bring digital learning closer to students and teachers, creating opportunities for young people to explore technology and develop new skills.
The programme forms part of efforts to expand the use of technology in education and improve access to digital resources for learners in Tanzania.
