MoneyHash Partners with Geidea to Expand Payment Capabilities Across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt
Through the partnership, businesses using MoneyHash will be able to access Geidea’s online payment gateway and supported payment methods through their existing MoneyHash integration, without building and maintaining a separate connection.
MoneyHash, the leading payment orchestration platform in emerging markets, has partnered with Geidea , a leading regional fintech and payment provider, expanding the payment capabilities available to businesses through MoneyHash’s unified payment infrastructure.
Through the partnership, businesses using MoneyHash will be able to access Geidea’s online payment gateway and supported payment methods through their existing MoneyHash integration, without building and maintaining a separate connection. This gives businesses a simpler route to Geidea’s payment capabilities across UAE, KSA, and Egypt while managing them alongside the rest of their payment stack.
Let Businesses Focus on Business
The partnership goes beyond adding another payment provider integration. It demonstrates a fundamentally different way for businesses to build payment infrastructure.
Traditionally, every new provider, payment method, or market creates another integration for a business to build, maintain, monitor, and operate. As the business expands, its payment stack grows more fragmented, while changing providers or introducing new capabilities becomes increasingly dependent on engineering resources.
“Businesses should be spending their time building great products, serving customers, and growing into new markets, not repeatedly rebuilding and maintaining payment infrastructure. Geidea shares that philosophy with us. Bringing its strong regional payment capabilities into the MoneyHash ecosystem gives businesses a simpler way to access the infrastructure they need while we take care of the complexity behind the scenes.”
– Nader Abdelrazik , CEO and co founder, MoneyHash
MoneyHash and Geidea share a similar approach to this challenge: payment infrastructure should enable businesses to grow, not distract them from that growth. Geidea’s own mission centers on making running a business effortless, while MoneyHash abstracts the complexity of integrating and operating multiple payment providers behind a single orchestration layer.
Building a More Connected Payment Ecosystem
Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2008, Geidea has grown into a major regional payments player, with acquiring capabilities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and payment aggregation capabilities in Egypt. Its online payment gateway supports a broad range of local and international payment options, giving merchants the ability to serve customers using the payment methods relevant to each market.
“At Geidea, we believe payments should be effortless, giving businesses the freedom to focus on growth. Our collaboration with MoneyHash makes Geidea’s payment capabilities easier to access through a flexible, connected infrastructure. Together, we’re giving businesses greater choice and flexibility in how they manage payments and scale across the region.”
– Pankaj Kundra, CEO, Geidea UAE
The partnership reflects a broader shift in how businesses approach payment infrastructure and comes as both companies continue to expand their role in the region’s rapidly developing digital commerce and payments landscape.
Building Payment Infrastructure That Can Keep Changing
Payment needs do not stand still. Businesses enter new markets. Customer preferences change. New payment methods emerge. Providers introduce new capabilities. Commercial priorities shift.
Payment infrastructure therefore cannot be designed only around what a business needs today. It needs to be designed for change.
That is the role MoneyHash is building in the payments ecosystem: an infrastructure layer through which businesses can access, operate, and continuously evolve the payment services behind their customer experience.
Welcoming Geidea to the ecosystem strengthens that layer across important payment markets and gives businesses another powerful regional capability they can activate as part of an orchestrated payment stack.
The partnership was marked at Seamless Middle East in Dubai, bringing together Pankaj Kundra, CEO of Geidea UAE and Nader Abdelrazik , CEO and Co-founder of MoneyHash, to celebrate the collaboration ahead of the official announcement.
