e& Egypt Partners With Intel to Expand AI Literacy Across Egypt
The programme is designed to introduce non-technical citizens to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI) in both Arabic and English. e& Egypt will serve as the implementation, hosting and connectivity partner for the initiative.
e& Egypt has announced a collaboration with Intel under the AI for Citizens initiative, a national digital literacy programme implemented by Intel in partnership with Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
The programme is designed to introduce non-technical citizens to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI) in both Arabic and English. e& Egypt will serve as the implementation, hosting and connectivity partner for the initiative.
The company said the programme will explain AI concepts in accessible language and help citizens understand how the technology can be applied in everyday activities. Students will be introduced to using AI for research and evaluating its outputs, while small business owners can learn how AI tools may help improve efficiency.
The initiative also aims to help parents understand the AI-powered tools increasingly used by their children.
e& Egypt said the collaboration supports Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the National AI Strategy 2025–2030, contributing to efforts to build a knowledge-based economy and expand access to AI literacy.
