Under the programme, the schools will receive refurbished computer laboratories, 40 computers and high-speed internet connectivity, alongside improvements to their infrastructure to support teaching and learning.

Airtel Uganda,  through the Airtel Africa Foundation,  is expanding its Adopt A School Programme to four additional schools, targeting 3,349 learners and 83 teachers with improved access to digital learning resources and school infrastructure.

The schools joining the initiative are Arua Public Primary School, Kibeedi Primary School, Buremba Senior Secondary School and Kasaana I Primary School.

Under the programme, the schools will receive refurbished computer laboratories, 40 computers and high-speed internet connectivity, alongside improvements to their infrastructure to support teaching and learning.

Airtel Uganda said the initiative aims to create better learning environments for students and teachers while expanding access to technology and digital educational opportunities in school communities.

The expansion forms part of the Airtel Africa Foundation’s efforts to promote digital inclusion by helping learners access technology and resources that can support their education and future development.

Through the Adopt A School Programme, Airtel Uganda is seeking to bring digital learning opportunities closer to underserved communities and strengthen the role of technology in education across the country.
