Fusepay Launches AI-Powered Fuse360 to Transform Trade Operations
The platform combines inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and retailer engagement into a single solution, while integrating seamlessly with the company's existing FusePay payments platform.
Fusepay, a Seychelles-based fintech, has expanded beyond digital payments with the launch of Fuse360, an AI-native business operating system built for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers. The platform combines inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and retailer engagement into a single solution, while integrating seamlessly with the company’s existing FusePay payments platform.
The new platform is designed to simplify business operations by replacing disconnected systems with a unified ecosystem where operational and financial data are automatically synchronized. It also introduces AI-powered agents that automate tasks such as payment reconciliation, collections, reporting, credit monitoring, and business analysis, helping companies improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Fusepay said Fuse360 also features a retailer portal that enables customers to place orders, access invoices and statements, track outstanding balances, and communicate directly with suppliers. The system further supports digital KYC and KYB onboarding, alongside AI-driven credit intelligence that evaluates customer payment behavior and financial exposure.
The launch marks another milestone for Fusepay, which introduced its digital payments platform in Seychelles eight months ago after securing $350,000 in pre-seed funding in 2025. The company plans to roll out Fuse360 in Mauritius in September before expanding into selected East and Southern African markets, targeting growing demand for integrated trade and payment solutions across the continent.
