Liquid Intelligent Technologies CFO Lorraine Harper to Step Down
Fayyaz Ansari has been appointed on an interim basis, effective 10th August 2026. Lorraine will remain with the business until the end of September 2026 to ensure a seamless transition.
Leading pan-African digital solutions provider, Liquid Intelligent Technologies, a business of Cassava Technologies , announces that Group Chief Financial Officer, Lorraine Harper has decided to step down from her role. This follows the successful conclusion of refinancing activities and the close of the most recent financial year. Fayyaz Ansari has been appointed on an interim basis, effective 10th August 2026. Lorraine will remain with the business until the end of September 2026 to ensure a seamless transition.
