dfcu Bank Donates 100 Computers to Boost Digital Learning in Uganda

dfcu Bank has donated 100 desktop computers to Uganda’s Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, strengthening a partnership focused on expanding digital access, skills development and learning opportunities in underserved schools across the country.
The donation is intended to improve access to technology for students while supporting the government’s efforts to enhance digital education and bridge the digital divide in underserved communities.
Beyond providing computer equipment, the initiative also connects learners to financial literacy, entrepreneurship and digital learning resources, equipping them with practical skills needed to participate in an increasingly digital economy.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment between dfcu Bank and the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance to promote digital inclusion, empower young people with relevant skills and create greater opportunities for education and economic participation across Uganda.
