Sikaflow, which began commercial operations on June 23, 2026, is projected to generate GHS 64.1 million (about US$5.5 million) in December revenue, translating to an annualised run-rate of approximately GHS 769 million (US$65.5 million).

Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd.  has announced that its Ghana-based 50/50 joint venture, Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Ltd (TADT), is projecting strong revenue growth for its Sikaflow platform through the end of 2026.

Sikaflow,  which began commercial operations on June 23, 2026, is projected to generate GHS 64.1 million (about US$5.5 million) in December revenue, translating to an annualised run-rate of approximately GHS 769 million (US$65.5 million). For the five months from August to December, TADT expects cumulative revenue of about GHS 163.6 million (US$13.9 million).

The company expects the platform to reach 284,883 actively transacting MSMEs by December, up from a projected 27,476 in August. Sikaflow is targeting a market of more than two million micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Revenue is expected to come from commissions on taxes collected through the platform, point-of-sale device leasing, transaction processing fees and additional services such as business registration, renewals, insurance distribution and pension administration.

Sikaflow is designed to help businesses digitise their commercial activities and create structured financial records. The platform combines digital commerce, inventory management, accounting, customer management, automated tax reporting and financial services, with access through mobile devices, web platforms, POS terminals and USSD.

Soon Huat Lim, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd., said the projected run-rate demonstrates the platform’s potential to scale, while Aleem Kumi, CEO of Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Ltd., said Sikaflow is addressing challenges faced by businesses around recordkeeping, tax compliance and access to finance.

The joint venture was announced in April 2026, with a combined revenue opportunity of up to approximately US$800 million over five years across its platform mandates. Management said the early Sikaflow projections could provide a basis for deploying similar digital infrastructure in other emerging markets.
