Kenya and UK Review Cybersecurity Partnership to Strengthen Digital Resilience

Kenya has reviewed progress on its cybersecurity partnership with the United Kingdom as officials from both countries explored ways to strengthen cyber resilience and digital security.
Kenyan officials, led by Steve Isaboke EBS alongside Principal Secretary for ICT and the Digital Economy Eng. John Tanui, held discussions with Deputy British High Commissioner Dr Ed Barnett and senior officials from the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
The meeting focused on the progress of the UK-Kenya Cyber Partnerships, with both sides reviewing ongoing cooperation in cybersecurity and digital security.
Discussions also covered opportunities to strengthen cyber resilience and improve the development and implementation of Kenya’s cybersecurity policies as the country’s digital ecosystem continues to expand.
