Huawei Unveils New AI Infrastructure for Enterprise Adoption
The offerings are designed to address the technology and ecosystem requirements involved in moving enterprise AI from experimentation to practical deployment.
Huawei has unveiled new artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, cloud services and partner capabilities aimed at helping governments and enterprises across the Middle East and other markets deploy AI at scale.
The developments were announced at Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai and combine Huawei Cloud’s latest AI infrastructure and enterprise agent capabilities with the company’s new SCALE partner support system. The offerings are designed to address the technology and ecosystem requirements involved in moving enterprise AI from experimentation to practical deployment.
Huawei Cloud announced the global launch of its latest AI Cluster Service (AICS), alongside its Agentic Model as a Service (MaaS) platform, AgentArts enterprise agent platform and Industry AI Foundry. These services are designed to provide organizations with the computing, AI models, data and tools required to develop and operate AI applications.
Dr Peter Zhou, Director of the Board at Huawei and CEO of Huawei Cloud, said the company’s approach to AI infrastructure is evolving to support the increasing use of AI agents in production environments. Huawei Cloud’s new AICS delivers 20% higher token throughput than its previous generation of compute service and is scheduled to become commercially available in markets outside China from November 30.
Huawei Cloud’s AgentArts enterprise-grade agent platform currently serves more than 100 enterprises and is scheduled to become available outside China from December 30. Meanwhile, the Industry AI Foundry brings together industry scenarios, models, data, knowledge and AI agents, with more than 1,000 industry-specific assets and more than 1,000 deployed projects across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and AI for Science.
The company has also added Smart Government and AI Hardware zones to the Industry AI Foundry, expanding its applications across different industries. The capabilities could support Middle Eastern organizations as they seek to integrate AI into public services and key economic sectors.
Alongside its infrastructure and cloud announcements, Huawei launched SCALE, a new partner support system intended to help partners develop, validate, deliver and operate AI solutions more efficiently. Leo Chen, Huawei’s Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, said the initiative builds on the company’s “Huawei + Partners” model by combining Huawei’s technology capabilities with partners’ industry expertise.
SCALE covers five areas: Scenario-based Solutions, Co-innovation, Aligned Marketing, Local Services with Consistent Quality, and Efficient Collaboration. Huawei is providing partners with AI foundation products covering computing, storage, networks, security and data protection, as well as reference architectures, verification environments and development tools.
According to Huawei, its partners have developed more than 100 scenario-based solutions across eight industries, while the company has worked with partners and customers to establish more than 130 online and offline showcases globally. The partner ecosystem is intended to help organisations develop AI solutions that reflect specific industry, regulatory and market requirements.
The announcements come as governments and enterprises across the Middle East increase investment in AI and seek to move beyond experimentation towards operational deployment. Huawei’s latest offerings target the growing need for computing capacity, secure infrastructure, industry expertise and local delivery capabilities to support AI adoption.
Huawei Connect 2026, held from September 17 to 19 in Shanghai under the theme “Advancing the Agentic World,” focused on the development of AI across strategy, technology and ecosystems.
