Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) has won the Innovative Service Provider of the Year award in the telecommunications sector at the International Customer Service Week Innovation Awards 2026.
The award was received by TTCL Acting Public Relations Manager, Ester Mbanguka, on behalf of the corporation’s Director General, Moremi Marwa.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mbanguka encouraged businesses, institutions and other stakeholders to leverage TTCL’s communication and high-speed internet services to meet their connectivity needs.
