The renewal reflects Emirates Islamic's continued confidence in Network's ability to provide secure, resilient and scalable payments infrastructure as the bank advances its digital banking proposition.

Network International (Network) , a leading FinTech company across the Middle East and Africa, announced the renewal of its processing and back-office management agreement with Emirates Islamic,  one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE.

Under the renewed agreement, Network will continue to provide payment processing and back-office management services to Emirates Islamic. The renewal reflects Emirates Islamic’s continued confidence in Network’s ability to provide secure, resilient and scalable payments infrastructure as the bank advances its digital banking proposition.

The renewal builds on a long-standing relationship, during which Network has supported Emirates Islamic in meeting the evolving payment needs of its customers and strengthening the infrastructure underpinning its payments operations. In recent years, Network and Emirates Islamic have introduced several initiatives alongside their core processing relationship, including real-time data services and value-added services that draw on Network’s acquiring capabilities. Most recently, this has included Slice, Network’s instalment solution, that enables customers to split payments into four to eight instalments without additional fees.

“Our longstanding relationship with Emirates Islamic has grown alongside the bank’s ambitions and the changing needs of its customers. This renewal builds on a strong foundation in payment processing while creating further opportunities to bring new capabilities and value-added services to the partnership. As the payments landscape evolves, we remain focused on combining resilient infrastructure with innovation and expertise to support Emirates Islamic’s continued growth.”

– Murat Cagri Suzer, Group Chief Executive Officer, Network International

“Our renewed agreement with Network International reflects the strength of a well-established partnership that has continued to evolve in line with our customers’ needs and our digital banking ambitions. Beyond core payment processing and back-office services, our collaboration has expanded to include real-time data capabilities and customer-focused solutions, which provides greater payment flexibility. As we further enhance our digital proposition, Network’s secure and scalable infrastructure will continue to support our commitment to delivering seamless, convenient and Shariah-compliant banking experiences.”

– Farid AlMulla, Chief Executive Officer, Emirates Islamic
